That's why we're offering up free returns. Let's face it, if you were
buying a new pair of trainers and found them uncomfortable, you'd want
to be able to return them. When you shop with us you're covered by our
30-day returns policy. So if for any reason you're not loving Pretty
Athletic, get in touch within 30 days and we'll swap your product/s for
something that suits you better or give you a full refund.

We're also happy to help cover the cost of returning the product/s to us.

We created this policy so you can try Pretty Athletic with total
confidence, and we know that the vast majority of our customers will
understand and respect the policy. That said if we spot someone trying
to exploit our policy, we reserve the right to reject future orders.
This policy is not valid for wholesale or business customers, and also
only available to customers who purchase directly from Pretty Athletic.
If you bought your Pretty Athletic product/s from one of our stockists,
please contact them to arrange your return. Unfortunately we cannot
guarantee that they will have the same approach or policy.
